BEAUTY HACKS EVERY GIRL NEEDS TO KNOW

HACK #1 

  If you have light hair/baby hair or bald spots in your hair, no worries, to give it a fuller effect take an eyeshadow that matches your hair colour and apply with a makeup brush to hide the scalp. 

HACK #2

Want to tame those flyaways, you can use a spooly or a toothbrush (not the one you use to brush ur teeth 😂) spray some hairspray on it and tame those babies. 



HACK#3

To keep the bobby pins intact in one place, use hairspray on them.


HACK#4

Want to give a boost to your ponytail? Place poppy pins underneath your pony, it would instantly give it a height.

HACK#5

No time to dye hair, hide grey hair with a mascara.

HACK# 6

To apply perfect winged eyeliner use a tape or a card (basically anything rectangular), It will look precise and neat like a pro. 

HACK #7

Soak your mascara in hot water before applying will make the formula thinner and easy to apply.

HACK#8

To remove blackheads and dead skin, mix 1 tsp of baking powder in a little bit of toothpaste use a gentle bristle brush and brush the area for 3 mins. Rinse off with cold water. 

HACK#9

Dry, chapped lips? Make a paste using coconut oil and baking soda and exfoliate your lips gently. 

HACK#10

Rub an ice cube before applying makeup. It will de-puff your eyes and act as a primer so your makeup stay put for a long time.

Quick and Easy Mango dessert

Ramadan Kareem to all the Muslims 💓 Hope you all try this simple and easy dessertNo baking or cooking required.



Ingredients:


1 pack Marie biscuit 
1 pack chocolate biscuit (of your choice)
2 packs of cream 
1 can of condensed milk 
2 Mangoes (you can add banana, pineapple or any fruit you like) 
cherries for garnishing (optional)

Method:
Crushed the biscuits, set aside. Mix the cream and condensed milk and divide it into three parts in different bowls. Now mix Marie biscuit in one, chocolate biscuit in the second and leave the third one as it is. Place the layer of Marie biscuit on a serving dish as a base, add mango chunks, place the chocolate-cream mixture. Pour the remaining cream mixed with condensed milk on top, add cherries and crushed biscuit for garnishing.
Serve chilled.

YOUR GUIDELINE FROM BEING FAT TO FAB

It was a constant struggle for me to lose weight. I remembered being slightly overweight around 3 to 4 kgs extra, so naturally, I wasn't fussy about it. And then one day I weighed myself on a weight machine and 10 kg *10 kg* shook ... 😱
Ever since then God knows, there is nothing I haven't tried. Doing hour-long exercises and still no result, like why? why I'm seeing no results. 😈 But pretty recently I lost 10 kgs by doing just 20 - 25 mins cardio and following some diet changes ( it's 80% diet and 20 % workout). I know It might not be a lot of weight for some of you but for me, it is an achievement because of the stubborn fat (which never wanted to leave my body😭). I'm sharing my experience and tips that might motivate and help you to burn the calories.



Disclaimer: I'm no dietician or expert, everything I'm sharing is my own experience. 


In order to lose weight, first, you need to determine your body type. There are three body types:
ECTOMORPH, MESOMORPH, ENDOMORPH.
Ectomorph:
Ectomorphs have lean physic and fast metabolism. They hardly develop muscle mass or fat.
 We all that friend, who eats like a pig and never gets fat.

Mesomorph:
Mesomorphs usually have a muscular body. However, they can gain or lose weight easily by changes in diet. 

Endomorph: 
Endomorphs are big and fat. They have a slow metabolism and can develop fat easily. Endomorphs are usually round and pear-shaped. Unfortunately, endomorphs can't lose weight by diet only, they have to be physically active as well.

well, in order to lose weight you need to practise these steps ( and I'm not talking about taking 

enough sleep, eat right blah blah we all know that):


1. Patience -You can not lose weight overnight, make a mindset and set 3 months time limit.


2. DO NOT RESTRICT YOURSELF- you don't have to go hard on yourself. If you feel like eating chocolate have a piece, it's the portion control that matters. Obviously, you have to cut bad carbs, refined sugar, processed food.

Trust me, been there many times. 

3. Detox Water- add lemon, mint leaves, ginger, cucumber or any fruit in your water and drink lots of it


5. Cardio - 20 to 25 mins of cardio is all you need. Make your heart beat fast and your metabolism faster.


 Just eat healthy, in small portions, drink plenty of water, eat fibre and exercise. You will see the results.

SUMMER HAIR TRENDS AND TIPS

 We all know how big of a hassle it is to style our hair during this warm humid weather. Humidity- induced frizzy hair and oily roots can bring down your overall look.  If you aren't blessed with naturally jet straight hair you know the struggle is real. Especially, women with thick hair, it doesn't matter what texture your hair is, it is a pain in the back to style it. 

Beat the heat by pulling these hairstyles off this Summer, that can resist the humidity:

BRAIDS/PLAIT AND TOP BUN:
 Experiment with braids, they look super cute and preppy. Opt for French/ fish braids or boxer braids (boxer braids are super trendy )because plain braids can be very boring.  A little effort on your braids can give you a polished look. Top bun or top knot looks effortlessly chic. You can either do a very neat donut bun or half hairdo, however, If you are running late and have no time just do a messy hair bun, take some pieces out from the front to structure your face and voila you are good to go. 




PONYTAIL:
If your hair tends to get really frizzy and after being out 1 hour in the heat you become a lion king or Monica from Friends, get it? No? Moving on, this is the most suitable hairstyle for you. For a daytime look, you can do a messy ponytail or for a more night time look you can go for sleek/puff high ponytail. 


LOOSE CURLS OR WAVES:
Loose curls or beach waves with sleek strands looks good on both short and long hair. It can really enhance your look. It looks like beach waves or loose curls are Celebs personal favourite.

Now time for a secret tip😊

To avoid frizziness all you need to do is to take 1 tsp glycerine mixed with 1 tbsp of water ( you can increase the quantity depending on the length of your hair), start applying from the strands avoiding the roots of your hair, leave it for 25-30 minutes then shampoo, conditioner and get super silky hair till the next wash.

As we all know how fashion cycle works, repeating itself with a bit of innovation. As in Project Runway, Heidi Klum says "In fashion one day you're in and the next day you're out''. The fashion industry is a constantly moving industry.  
Well, as of now, the frayed/fringe hem jeans are super trending. And we all love it, not because it looks chic and edgy, but you can really style it up in a lot of ways especially for Spring, Summer and Autumn/Fall. It goes with a lot of Fashion styles, whether your personal style is casual, trendy, vibrant, Bohemian, cowgirl, punk rock, artsy or tomboy. Here are some the frayed styles:
